Playing
Your first game opens Claim 1, a short first lesson. Steer the ring with the thumbstick at the bottom centre, drag the stream to look around, and pinch to zoom. The ring glows from cold blue to hot orange as the gold nearby gets richer. Tap Dig, hold Swirl until the gravel settles, drag up to tilt the pan and wash, then tap each flake to pick it. On a computer, the arrow keys steer and Enter digs.

Is the gold real?
No. The gold, chests and boosters are simulated and never sold. In the apps, one optional licence opens the claims after Claim 10.
Where is my progress kept?
On your phone, in the app. It does not sync between devices.
Is there an app?
Pay Streak is an iPhone game, coming soon to the App Store, with an Android version to follow on Google Play. It works with no connection, with haptics in the pan and your gold saved on your phone.
How do claims work?
Each claim on the gold rush trail is one stream with one goal and a few pans. Finish with two pans to spare for three stars. Every pan you don't need pays out as bonus gold, and if you run out, you can try again straight away.
Can I play a stream again, or share one?
Every stream is built from a seven-character code. Open More at the bottom right, then Sky, weather and stream, to copy this stream's code, or type one in and tap Build this stream. The same code always builds the same stream.
How do I change the time of day or the weather?
Open More, then Sky, weather and stream, and choose a time, the weather and the moon. Leave them on Random for one of three skies: a sunny day, the afterglow or blue hour.
I can't hear anything.
Sound comes on with your first tap; Sound under More switches it off and on again. On an iPhone it follows the Ring/Silent switch, and on Android it plays at the media volume, so check those too.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone with iOS 16 or later. An Android version is on its way to Google Play.
The stream stutters, or my phone gets warm.
The game measures your device when it starts and picks a level of detail to suit it. Low Power Mode, a warm phone or other busy apps can slow it down. Closing Pay Streak fully and opening it again lets it measure afresh.
